The Charles E. Warford Activity Center offers Seated Strength classes!

Eased Resistance Training

Exercise to assist individuals to move without putting undue pressure or strain on their bodies. Works to lubricate joints and keep them flexible, strengthen, and stabilize individual muscles and increase blood circulation. Have increased ability to better accomplish day-to-day physical activities!

Tuesday and  Thursday
10:30 AM - 11:15 AM
