Water Aerobics

The Charles E. Warford Activity Center offers both Land and Water based Aerobics Classes! Water exercises are a great way to build muscle endurance and strength without stress on the joints. It is also a great cardio exercise without the "heat" and it is fun!

Water Aerobics Classes:

Tuesday - Friday
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Tuesday & Thursday
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Purchase of a Day Visit or a Membership required to participate.
