The City has completed the transition to the new utility billing software.

Utility Billing will be resuming normal billing practices with bills due in May 2019. Please refer to the back of your utility bill for more information on our billing practices.

City of Amarillo Closes for Fourth of July

Amarillo, Texas – City of Amarillo offices will close Wednesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. City facilities and services, including Public Library Locations, Municipal Court, Amarillo Animal Management & Welfare, Public Health, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Transit, and Solid Waste Collections will resume Thursday, July 5.

Additionally, the Amarillo City Council’s regularly scheduled meeting for Tuesday, July 3 has been cancelled. City Council will next meet on Tuesday, July 10. To watch previous meetings or view City Council agendas, please visit http://bit.ly/AmaCouncilMeetings.
